Yoga Intensive Self Development and
Teacher Training Program

In the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, Colleen Felgate will guide and assist you on your path of self awareness and discovery. This comprehensive process will include:

  • Asana Practice (Hatha, Vinyasa and Vijnana)
  • Pranayama
  • Meditation & Mantra
  • Anatomy & Physiology
  • Philosophy, Ethics & Lifestyle
  • Relaxation & Restorative practices
  • Kriyas, bandhas, mudras
  • Teaching & communication skills
  • Creation of sequences
  • Class observation, assisting and possible apprenticeship

This program is divided into 3 parts. The student can chose to take one or all parts. It is designed to meet individual needs and suited for the dedicated practitioner wishing to further develop his or her yoga practice and those yogis interested in becoming fully qualified yoga instructors. These workshops will introduce and develop skills to deepen your awareness of the integration of the body, mind and spirit. Students will expand their repertoire and further their understanding of the many aspects of yoga while sharing their experience with others who are committed to personal growth and well-being.

These courses provide an ideal foundation for new yoga instructors. The beginning teacher will broaden their awareness of the poses and will be able to teach with knowledge and confidence after the successful completion of all three modules.
