Hatha Yoga

A static, slower paced class which builds strength, flexibility & balance – all levels of experience welcome.

Foundation Yoga

An even slower version of a Hatha class where poses and movements are explained more thoroughly – ideal for the beginner and for the experienced who want to fine tune their practice.

Restorative Yoga

A calming & therapeutic class where breathing and meditation is the primary focus, with some gentle movement and long held stretches – perfect for the beginner, those with injuries and for stress management.

Yin Yoga

A series of floor postures are held for a significant length of time to stretch and stimulate the connective tissues in the body. A continual awareness on breath is encouraged making this is a very meditative practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic flow class coordinating movement with breath – some yoga experience recommended.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

A slower paced Vinyasa class ideal for those newer to flow yoga.

YOGA PILATES FLOW

A Vinyasa style class which includes a segment of intensive pilates exercises – some yoga experience recommended.

A set sequence created by Colleen for her Yoga Teacher trainees. It is an energetic and meditative practice that will meet the needs of all levels of students. By repeating the same postures in the same order, it will be easier for students to see their growth both physically and spiritually. It can also be an ideal method for learning a series which students can then use at home or traveling – some yoga experience recommended.
