Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is an individual journey wherein life fulfillment is the goal. For some this occurs through learning of specific skills, for example to reduce anxiety or to sleep more soundly, for others exploration of how past experiences and current thinking patterns help or hinder one to live the best life possible. Change in small steps or large is part of the treatment process and programs that are individually tailored to meet each person's goals are our specialty. Our psychologists, counselors and consultants each have their own areas of expertise, and can offer you assistance with managing chronic health conditions, anxiety & depression treatment, wellness consultations including stress management and smoking cessation, and parenting and life transitions and our team can help you plan out and meet many other intentions and goals.
