Regular exercise promoting strength, balance and flexibility is an important element of healthy living and a great way to reduce stress and improve vitality. Solarice offers a variety of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and Meditation classes that will stretch and strengthen the body, improve circulation, increase energy, ease the mind and awaken the spirit. Solarice's team of yoga instructors are all highly trained and experienced yogis.  We require a minimum of 500 hours of training and at least two years of teaching experience.
